The Rockford Peaches played many teams in the League including the Racine Belles, the Milwaukee Chicks, the Muskegon Lassies, Fort Wayne Daisies Kalamazoo Lassies, and the South Bend Blue Sox.

This photograph shows three players from the South Bend Blue Sox (left to right): Wimpy Baumgartner, Lou Arnold, and Janet Rumsey.

Attendance at the games in the first season ranges from 2,000 at most games to an estimated 10,000 at a South Bend game in July 946. Peak attendance occurred in 1948 with ten teams recording season attendance numbers over 900,000. Only six teams remained in 1952. The last season in 1954 saw only five teams remaining on the field: Fort Wayne, South Bend, Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, and Rockford Peaches.
