Implementation Plan for a Computer Lab

40 minute class periods held over three weeks
 

Day One (40 min. class period):

Materials:

One student per computer (Internet connected)
Server space space for storing work
Laser printer
Teacher workstation with projection

 Order of Operations:

1. Discuss what a WebQuest is

2. How to use a Search Engine

3. Overview of WebQuest Resources, Google, and Ask Jeeves
    

Day Two (40 min. class period):

1.  Turn in team names and colors

2. Students begin WebQuest and work individually for the next three weeks

Final two days:

Students showcase completed projects in either printed or digital form
